Our knitted mesh pads and corrugated vanes collect and remove mist droplets in vapor streams. The mist droplets becomes coalesced into larger droplets due to gravity and liquid flow. The coalesced droplets will then fall through the mesh pad or vane to the bottom of the vessel.
Mist eliminators are most commonly found either in vertical towers or in 2 or 3 phase separator drums which can be either in the vertical or horizontal orientation. A vessel can be a new-build or existing. Once a customer has decided that a technical solution is necessary due to performance or maintenance issues, each application is reviewed in detail from both the process and mechanical perspective. Our goal is to assure our customer receives an effective solution to match their budget.
